Mypetbuddy.in reserves the right, but not the obligation, to refuse to post or to remove any Profile, Comment, or Blog if it contains or features any of the following:

Unacceptable Content:

• Offensive, harmful and/or abusive language, including without limitation: expletives, profanities, obscenities, harassment, vulgarities, sexually explicit language and hate speech (e.g., racist/discriminatory speech.)
• Articles that do not address the pet community or articles with no qualitative value (e.g., "this kennel's pets are great!") as determined by mypetbuddy.in in its sole discretion.
• Articles which comments on other users.
• Content that contains personal attacks or describes physical confrontations and/or sexual harassment.
• Excessive damage or death of a puppy bought from a particular kennel club and related cases caused by a business or service to person or property.
• Personal information or messages including email addresses, URLs, phone numbers and postal addresses.
• Messages that are advertising or commercial in nature, or are inappropriate based on the applicable subject matter.
• Language that violates the standards of good taste or the standards of this website, as determined by mypetbuddy.in in its sole discretion.
• Content determined by mypetbuddy.in to be illegal, or to violate any central, state, or local law or regulation or the rights of any other person or entity.
• Language intended to impersonate other users (including names of other individuals) or offensive or inappropriate user names or signatures.
• Articles which scrape or re-purpose other people's content without permission.
• Protected by copyright or trademark and used, in any manner on mypetbuddy.in without the permission of the author or the owner.

Defamatory; illegal; hateful; pornographic; or harmful

2. The company retains the right to revoke, modify and/or alter them as it may deem fit.
3. Only one Coupon/Gift Voucher can be used against one particular order.
4. Coupon usage is restricted to certain products and/or categories and is subject to change from time to time.
5. The company will issue coupons from time to time under various promotions. Members who are eligible for these coupons will be intimated about the same via email, text alert and/or on site messaging.

7. Any remainder Coupon amount will lapse.

Product Recommendation- Terms and Condition

Terms and Conditions for Adoption:

1. Spay/Neuter a must for all pets after adoption within a span of 15 days and the family is required to present us a proof of the same.
2. There should be someone at home to take care of the pet and he/she should not be completely left to the care of domestic help. Though this can be discussed and considered for up till 4 hours day depending on the animal up for adoption.
3. The adopted animal should not be kept tied up at any time for long periods of time.
4. House checks are done prior to giving up pets for adoption. Even after adoption, house checks can be done anytime with our without prior notice. The adopter and his/her family’s co-operation are mandatory during such visits.
5. Outstation adoptions are considered only in special cases where we might have a trustee said city to do house check and monitor adoption.
6. In case of farmhouse owners, the family should live at the farmhouse and not leave the animal in the care of employees (except for special cases of guard dog adoptions where this guideline can be reconsidered).
7. You need to have a backup plan when you plan to travel like pet boarding and should be willing to bare the costs involved.
8. At any point of time if the family is not able to continue keeping the pet. We should be notified immediately. In case we find out the animal has been abandoned/mistreated, legal action might be initiated against the family.

Terms and Condition for Offer period:

1. Any purchase made during a sale or discount period has a 'No Refund' and 'No Exchange' policy.
2. Mypetbuddy.in is not liable for any faulty or incorrect order made by the customers in terms of size, colour or any other product specification.
3. Any operational errors in terms of dispatch and delivery form our end will be complied by mypetbuddy.in
4. Mypetbuddy.in reserves all rights to change and or cancel the offer without prior intimation.
5. Mypetbuddy.in reserves right to cancel order without being obliged to give any reason.

Electronic communications:

1. When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically.
2. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
